Got questions?

Our goal is to provide the best customer service and to answer all of your questions in a timely manner.

1. Do I have to make an appointment?

We strongly encourage you to make an appointment to reduce your waiting time which can vary during peak hours. Priority will be given to clients who have made an appointment or to emergency cases. Appointments can be made by giving us a call at 62149092 during our operating hours. Alternatively, you can send us an email via admin@furrytailsvet.com.sg. You will receive a call or an SMS a day before to confirm your appointment. Kindly inform us if you decide to cancel your appointment so that the appointment slot can be given to another patient.

2. What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 12.30pm, 2pm – 5pm, 6pm – 8pm.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we are open from 9.30am – 12.30pm, 2pm – 5pm.

We are closed on public holidays.

3. What is your payment arrangement like?

A deposit is collected at the time of admission to cover a part of the estimated bill. Unfortunately, we do not accept instalment payments or partial payments. We require all clients to settle the entire bill at the end of the treatment. It is important to discuss with your vet about the cost of treatment and hospitalisation as the total cost can vary, depending on the expected procedures and level of care.

We accept the following  modes of payment:

  1. Cash
  2. Nets
  3. Credit Card
