1. Do I have to make an appointment?
We strongly encourage you to make an appointment to reduce your waiting time which can vary during peak hours. Priority will be given to clients who have made an appointment or to emergency cases. Appointments can be made by giving us a call at 62149092 during our operating hours. Alternatively, you can send us an email via email@example.com. You will receive a call or an SMS a day before to confirm your appointment. Kindly inform us if you decide to cancel your appointment so that the appointment slot can be given to another patient.
2. What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 9.30am – 12.30pm, 2pm – 5pm, 6pm – 8pm.
On Saturdays and Sundays, we are open from 9.30am – 12.30pm, 2pm – 5pm.
We are closed on public holidays.
3. What is your payment arrangement like?
A deposit is collected at the time of admission to cover a part of the estimated bill. Unfortunately, we do not accept instalment payments or partial payments. We require all clients to settle the entire bill at the end of the treatment. It is important to discuss with your vet about the cost of treatment and hospitalisation as the total cost can vary, depending on the expected procedures and level of care.

4. How do I get to your clinic?
We are located at 2 Jalan Lokam, #01-13/14, Kensington Square, Singapore 537846
There are several ways to get to our vet clinic:
Southbound from Upper Paya Lebar Road, turn left into Jalan Lokam.
Enter into Kensington Square lobby on the right.
Hourly parking is available in the basement.
From Serangoon MRT Station: Walk to Exit H to board bus 58 at Bus Stop 62131 (continue at Southbound section below)
From Paya Lebar MRT Station: Walk to Exit C to board bus 24, 43, 70M or 76 at Bus Stop 81119 (continue at Northbound section below)
Bus 22, 24, 43, 58, 62, 70, 76 & 80
Northbound: alight at Bus Stop 62021 (Wisma AUPE)
Southbound: alight at Bus Stop 62039 (Raya Garden)
The building has its own parking lots for clients. The building is pet friendly, so you can use the lifts from the car park with your pets and walk through the building to get to our clinic.
